Philippe Chiroussot-Chambeaux acquired the building 85% empty and repositioned the building in 12month with 100% of the space leased. Besides the new tenants an executive suites center and a 7,000 sf heath center was created in the building that helped to bring new tenants, and redevelop downtown Miami.
